When Novitom collects your personal data, this is done in a fair and transparent manner, with information notices or references to this Policy.
Personal data is information about you that allows you to be identified, such as your first name, surname, email address, telephone number and any other personal data that is useful for the purposes defined below.

Personal data is collected via our form (contact form). The form limits the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary (data minimisation) and indicates in particular:

  • The purposes for which this data is collected
  • Whether this data is mandatory or optional for the management of your request
  • Who will have access to it (only Novitom)
  • Your data protection rights and how to exercise them with Novitom.

Novitom undertakes to process only personal data that is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is collected, namely:

7- Personal data policy relating to minors

The website is not intended for minors. However, access to the website is not restricted to adults, as it does not contain any content that is prohibited to minors (persons under the age of 18 in France).
The forms on the website are not intended to collect information about minors. If information about a minor is collected by the website, the minor’s legal representative may contact the data protection officer to rectify, modify or delete this information (see paragraph 6 – Conditions for exercising your rights to your data).

8- Security and confidentiality

Novitom takes all necessary protective measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of users’ personal data and to prevent such data from being damaged, deleted or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
Novitom’s computer systems are equipped with software protection devices. Procedures are in place to back up the data collected on the website. Access to personal data is strictly limited to persons who are authorised to do so by virtue of their duties and who are bound by a confidentiality obligation.
